Let's meet OmniMaster
Meet the OmniMaster – the key character of Decathlon Active, the brand’s new enhanced loyalty programme, that we created.
To inform the chain’s employees about the changes, the brand decided to run an internal educational campaign and invited us to join the project. We accepted the challenge with pleasure! We implemented an 8-week campaign under the name Decathlon Active Challenge, combining elements of education with gamification. We were responsible for the strategy and creation. We prepared a landing page, serving as the communication hub of the campaign, educational content (interactive quizzes), engaging challenges and prize offers. We also developed e-mailings and letters to employees, as well as posters.
